only visible falios i see is your philtrum size coupled with philtrum to chin ratio. then again this can be underexaggerated by other features of your face, maybe slim down your nose a bit or if you have a sonicare it personally helped me decrease philtrum size by a very TINY bit (although probably for a temporary amount of time) by relaxing the orbicularis oris. again doesn't have that much leverage though and it's only for a short period of time but it's the only thing that noticeably helped me (remember, volufiline is cope that's understudied and hasn't even been trialed let alone experimented on for the face and fat development there)

muscles around the lip area. it's mostly cope but i used to use my toothbrush (sonicare) and went around my upper lip and it loosened up the orbicularis oris which gave me fuller appearing lips for a small amount of time, could be good for frauding if it works
