if i was you i'd get implants for your jaw since it's still a little round. but that is all up to you of course. and if you want to be less invasive just work a bit on your posture, go to the gym + get as close as you can to a 4-1 potassium to sodium ratio and drink enough water to debloat

He’s already HTN for his age. (At ages 18+ his rating might be lower tho) but for his age his bonemass isn’t an issue
