In some of the photos it looks like your lip vermillion is kind of sunken in. If that’s true you can get a minor lip flip and that would also shorten your philtrum and make your midface not so long.

Can you kinda see why I think this could be an improvement going off only the first image?

Some doctors are better than others and could probably make your lips ideal and shorten the philtrum + midface to ideal/ near ideal.

Also it would help with your chin to philtrum. I don’t think it’s 2:1 which is the minimum you want.

Yeah it looks like your philtrum is more like 70% of your chin instead of 50

Yeah a lip flip could help with your chin to philtrum and longer midface ratio but it would also make your lips 100% even and feminized.

I think there are people that can do philtrum reductions without significantly altering the lips if you wouldn’t like that.

Dont just take my word 100% you know? I think the fuller lips with a shorter philtrum and midface could look pretty good. Your vermillion corners look kinda sunken in.

The pink part of your top lip would match the bottom lip in the corners but it would also be raised and make them really full. You see on the sides where they don’t line up?

Good looking dude, maybe get a different haircut cuz you have a MFR of 0.95 (although it could be slightly higher irl because of lens distortion) which means that you could benefit from showing some forehead
