weak infras, pretty badly asymetrical you look mmtn on the right but lltn on the left, maxilla might be recessed but its difficult to tell with no side profile. you really needa include one to get any usable feedback

it isnt that easy only surgeries ascending most people, only softmaxxes i could give are grooming (shave), and coloring (your undereyes are a bit gray and theres signs of bad skin health, and you could do with a tan or something)
