17M 140 pds 5’10 wondering if I should use Reta or not. mainly just want to get rid of face fat but don’t want to kill gains. I have to cut for wrestling anyways so what do you think. I just don’t want to use it and be super skinny with no muscle (not that I have any) but I def do have some face fat

You could have censored your face a little better

You look already fairly lean.
Reta holds onto muscle pretty well but deeper fat pads in your face are better removed with buccal fat pad removal(Surgery)
Or self treatment with fat disolver with Aqualyx.

Ok I’ll check out the aqualyx stuff I’ve heard it has bad effects tho

Don't know about bad results just know that it takes time to see results.

Ye I’m prob nd ngl I was joking ab the subhuman shit, I was getting htn ratings but I bulked a bit and now my face looks like shit and I’m a bloatcell. u think I should use the Reta or na tho?

if you’re disciplined enough, you might eat maintenence cals while on reta

That will still burn some fat while only losing a very little amount of weight and maitaining your muscle.

It’d be a good body recomp strategy IMO, but might be wrong.

If I was recomping would it not be better to hit above protein in a slight deficit rather then maintenance cals?

i would say low htn easily just use logic,would you say every other guy you see has abs,clear skin,tanned skin and very few flaws?

In that case you'd be literally doing a cut.

It's also a great idea, but I thought you didn't want to lose much weight

yes, but you'd prob still lose a very tiny amount of weight (mostly fat, and only a few lbs if u eat maintenence)

The reason why I say it'd work is because Reta acts mostly on visceral fat and improves ur insulin sensitivity (which is great for recomp).

But I've never tried it myself so I might be wrong

He only changed his rating because you questioned him. He's clearly a fucking moron. The guy he called MTN is lowHTN easily. Only very insignificant flaws and most can be fixed.
