I just turned 15 and I discovered all the forums when I was 14. So ive been here for about 7 months. At the start I was believing everything cuz im so insecure I thought zygopushing would help develop my zygos. So pretty much I wasted like the first 3 months doing bull shit until I actually started researching spending hours on biology articles and forums. I would say I’ve improved my looks hella but still got a lot more such as my nose and maxillary protrusion which I’m going to the orthodontics to fix
