Old thread but I have the same issue as you and id supposed head widening with implants and ramus widening with either implants or bsso will help you. And depends Probally on your fwhr, you might need zygomatic ostectomy to decrease ur zygomatic distance.

you def right bro but the reality is I don’t have 10k+ to throw around currently so i’m limited to softmaxxing currently. and btw how did you fix ur issues if you did?

I’m pretty much doing the same as you softmaxxing for now fixing my skin issues first and then whenever I have money hardmaxx
