How do I test myself for mental retardation? I noticed that I’m really slow in real life. I never noticed this until I began doing more stuff and trying to work, live, and function. I noticed that I am very similar to that guy Mr Noodle from Elmo’s World. (He’s a retarded man that Elmo has to teach basic worldly functions to.)

How do I find out if I have mental retardation? Can it be fixed?
