Yo whats up man you arent fully cooked heres what you can do without surgery

• Nose - hydrocortisone to make it smalelr
• Jaw - increase masseter or filler to make it bigger
• Lips - Mouth widener cutting and or filler to make them bigger
• Skin - im sure you are working on it as you said so keep doing that and try tret or something serious if youre only using OTC stuff

Never rope and you don't look noticeably recessed but BS'ing your chin or a bit of filler will fix any worries there.
