how can i increase forward growth? i’m going to be 16 in 2 months but my bone age is already 17 and a half so i’m not sure if it’s even possible. I can’t tell if i’m recessed or not but this is my side with proper tongue posture.

Have you tried actually getting lean? Half of your side profile is hidden under all the fat which will make you look more recessed.
