Am I recessed? Looking for genuine tips

Is my jaw recessed or are my lips too protruded? or am I stupid and the answer is none
Btw I’m <15

I think its both your lips are too forward and your jaw is too recessed you can get surgery when youre 18 or you can get some sort of orthodontic device now
