Questionable, depending on how much movement is possible. We’d need a scan to definitively determine that, you can’t just over-advance.
In the end, it’s always a risk/reward calculation.

For reference, I’m diagnosed with a mild-moderate Class 3, and my Maxilla appears way more recessed than his.
Even for me, advancing the upper jaw more than 6-7 mm would be excessive and would most likely increase the risk of instability/ relapse.
