Recessed infra isn't as bad as some users make it out to be, but it depends on the shape of your cheekbones, and if your eyes are positively tilted or not.

Some people like Alain Delon have a recessed infra but still have good cheekbone shape and a positive canthal tilt. So it wouldn't matter too much

In other cases the infra recesses and the face grows downwards and the eyes start to have negative canthal tilt. This is when it becomes a massive falio.

I cant tell but your chin might be recessed, and your philtrum seems long which might indicate downgrowth and recession in the lower third

But when you have the chance you can talk to a good surgery planner or oral surgeon and they will tell you what you can do for aesthetics
