i’ve heard a lot about maxilla recessions. is my maxilla/mandible recessed. i’m 14 btw, im pretty sure my infras are partially recessed already though

start chewing hard gum (mastic gum) everyday 30 min on each side to better ur ramus. Only works if ur in puberty, flat maxilla nerfs a bit
