Can't even tell if you're recessed because that's not a side profile pic on the Frankfurt plane. All we know is that your mandible is forward grown. Can't tell whether your chin extends past your glabella though.
The truth is though you are trying to subtly brag because you think your dog-tier maxilla is worth barking for. You have a horizontally grown facial profile. It's a feature of your physiology, but not a favourable one necessarily. Especially in your case because that forward grown mandible is both narrow and accompanied by a chin that your own sister fogs.
To cap it all all off, you have the worst ramus I have ever seen and I have seen 100s of lower thirds in the rating sections.
