I feel like I'm more recessed than I think. Do you guys think its bad and could get surgery to fix this or is it too far gone?

Maybe it would help but even when I was a skinny teenager it still looked like that. I'm not even fat I'm underweight if anything.

It's certainly recessed, but nothing that can't be fixed. If you have functional issues you could likely get insurance to pay for a large part of the surgery.

Not unrealistic and not the end of the world. Just need to work at it and one day you'll wake up a different person.
