I’ve ate way above average finishing leftovers etc but my weight has gone down… am i recomping because of noob gains? Or just not eating enough

It all depends on androgen receptor sensitivity

if you have sensitive androgen receptors and high levels of testosterone bulking and cutting doesnt mean shit

u burn fat and build muscle naturally. that is what the male body is supposed to do

so basically I have good genetics even though I am at 40 lb dumbell press per arm
