circumference is 23 inches. I wrapped measuring tape around forehead, two fingers above my eyebrows.
Length from hairline to chin is 7.5 inches.

Well it's a little more than 7 inches but I measured right in the middle of my face so my nose was in my way. My hairline isn't straight so the measurements will be slightly different depending where I measure from. If I measure it so the measuring tape goes down over my eye I get 7.5 inches.
I also have a widow's peak. Should I start measuring from there?

I'm 6'2 and my skull circumference is 22 inches. However, my skull is vertically long because I have a massive forehead, but my midface is compact though. Tall skull with small circumference, good or bad?
