Am I soft banned or is this happening to other people?

Every like 5 minutes this keeps happening when I try to load a different page or thread, like the site wont load for me, but when I clear my cookies and stuff it goes away. I already got a warning by mods for calling people retarded, like Im wondering if this screen is literally fake to soft ban me. Every other website is fine.

You need to call an IT technician to fix it. Shouldn't be a problem to find one with the forum's demographics
