I used to have a really bad sleep schedule and would almost always go to bed after midnight. About 3–4 weeks ago, I fixed it and started going to sleep between 8:00 and 10:00 p.m.

Even before I grew taller, my hands were already very big, and I already had a long wingspan. After I fixed my sleep schedule, I measured my height and found that I had gone from about 178 cm to around 181 cm. I just turned 17, so I’m still at an age where growth is possible.

I also have gynecomastia (gyno). During puberty, hormone levels naturally fluctuate. Some testosterone can be converted into estrogen through a normal process called aromatization, and carrying extra body fat can increase that conversion, which may contribute to gynecomastia.

When I was 13, I weighed around 70–80 kg, but I’ve since lost the extra weight. I can’t say exactly what my hormone levels were, but losing weight and continuing through puberty can make gynecomastia become less noticeable. Recently, I’ve noticed that mine seems to be getting smaller, which I’m really happy about.

Is it a sign that I still can get taller

No correlation, impossible to tell
I grew until like 20, some people stop at 15. Just wait it out
