What can I improve? My side profile is wack af. No ramus, and a trash gonial angle. Is it over?

I’ll take mtn. Ik my ramus is short af, and the gonial angle is cooked

5 11, but how should I fix the ccw rotation? I don’t want to have surgery. But I am willing to hardmaxx with stuff like a pallet-expander if that would help? What is the best options for me?
