Yeah I’ve been working on skin. I’m also just gonna get tan naturally now that I’m fishing daily since it’s warmer here in Florida

Gotcha. I’m a little underweight tho should I start eating heavier?
no eat in a calorie deficit 200-300 max cause u 15

Protein: chicken,eggs,beef,milk
carbs: rice potatoes, bread , fruit
Fats : peanut butter, nuts
