You have htn(good) potential take advantage of your age, its the most important few years of your life when it comes to development so have perfect sleep, healthy diet (animal products like meat eggs milk etc.) and posture and you should be fine please don't spend too much time on this forum any random person can say whatever they want about anything. Most people wish they could be your age and have the chance to grow with a healthy diet, good sleep and perfect posture if you do only this you will be good, forget about this website.
