I want a brutally honest rating please tell me whats wrong with my face, im 16 6'1 i know my haircut is terrible i used to buzz my hair alot ive only started growing it out about 3 months ago

you have nice eyes with a nice color and your side profile isnt terrible, your eyebrows and just whole face looks unkept like you care little about your looks, develop a routine to start and start eating healthier, I can tell you don't worry about what you eat but your intake reflects a lot on how you look. fix anything wrong with your eyes thats doable, your eyes are read and you have a slight negative canthal tilt which makes your eyes get angled down. your not horrible looking when i see you but theres many things you can improve on. please fix the hair in any way possible but while its growing out get haircuts that fit so you dont look homeless. your eye area is your main flaw and looks like utter dogshit and your face lacks bone support and width.
