Am i supposed to be happy?

So i was eating alone at my campus cafeteria and saw some couple were staring at me with some interest (even the dude which i find weird because it’s seems like he was sitting with his gf and he’s not gay) and whispering something to each other. When i was walking out the girl held eye contact with me and she was smiling.
For some reason this situation made me sad. Reminded me true nature of foids.
