Am i taking enough arimidex or am i a retard

If im taking 300 test e and 500 iu of hcg twice weekly, would 1 mg of arimidex a week split into 2 doses be enough to prevent plate closure? From my research I thought it was but perhaps im mistaken?

yeah bro 1mg arimidex weekly is not enough 300 test + 1000iu hcg will still fuck your e2 and close plates early this is retarded drop the cycle.
