Am I taking WAY TOO MUCH tongat ali

I bought this from bulk supplements and since its in capsule form I cant half the dose but I can just eat 1 pill worth 500mg, I messaged the team and they said the extract was 200:1. Isnt this overkill, I heard people did 400mg 100:1 so mine is more than double also they are reccomending to take 1000mg. Smths off am I doing it right???

reasonable go for the thing you taking then and for the dosage you was asking just ask GPT or grok they cope mostly but can help with that type of question
