I already have organ damage, most likely from the weight. I don't really think at this point there's any saving what is left of my body. But while I am still alive, I do plan on taking finasteride, but for more reasons than just the norwooding.

I have hypotonia, a muscle tone disorder. I'm naturally very weak and cannot lift heavy.

It's both, it's half me not being able to eat because I hate myself or because I hate food, and half because I legit sometimes cannot eat without feeling very sick.
