Depends on the person. Potatoes well cooked with saturated fat and some white rice is ok, just do the carrot salad before bed if you’re eating starch .

Basmati rice, ground beef and some butter is good?

Ray peat says to always keep ca : pho ratio in favour of calcium but how can you do it when eating some meat

All it matters that at the end of the day calcium : pho ratio is at least 1:1 ?
yes that should be ok just avoid beans as they are high in phosphate. and too much meat isnt advised just get casein protein powder and drink OJ and milk throughout the day, that will replenish your electrolytes and regulate your organism

what if i add 50-100g of butter for calories? Im trying to hit at least 3k calories

Won’t OJ and milk do that already? Get Mexican coke if you can. Too much fat isn’t recommended by peat.
