I lack all forms of discipline if that wasn't already clear enough, I was fat all my teenage years until my metabolism calmed down a bit, now I'm average build but I obviously didn't have enough discipline to stay consistent with anything really

i'm 54 and i've never left my parent's house. but i would say i still have more life experience than most people because i think about and do things most people don't. is a 9 to 5 wageslavery renting an apartment in the city really any kind of useful "life experience" when it's so common and completely worthless when you remove society and infrastructure from the equation. i also play simulators, strategy games, etc so i have more first hand knowledge than most people as well. i played a medical simulator before i'm pretty sure i can do basic first aid and even some minor surgery

You should definitely resume relations with your family and try something that could potentially help you gain at least some life experience
