I genuinly sit long asf on the toilet sometimes for 2 hours i even take my laptop with me some times while im shitting, i have constipation so my poop comes out very slowly and painful it hurts but we gotta deal with it. Fuck fiber jewmade ingredient.
My record of not pooping is 12 days in summer 2021 i didnt drink barely any water and didnt eat cuz of leanmaxxing that summer what caused my anus to be destroyed by that hard poop that came out after 12 days.
