But you advise me to get plastic surgery which I don’t want. A rhinoplasty is too much but a tip plasty could technically work. But I don’t if they do it here and if they do, can they do it the way I wanted to? When I went to a plastic surgeon in 2017, I went for a consultation and said I just want the tip to be lifted and that’s it. He said he couldn’t elevate it as much as I wished and he just said he could elevate the most outer part of the tip which barely makes a difference if I am honest. I decided against it so since then I haven’t really bothered with it. But then a few weeks ago I read about tip plasty which is something I would definitely do if it’s up to my expectations but I doubt it.
