No, this is pretty common especially in ASD and people diagnosed with SAD. Deep retrospection when it comes to communication is also fairly common as a whole. I used to do this, its a waste of time, like literally just go focus in school and talk to people, its a much more valuable use of time, I only did this because I held some type of pride behind it not realizing it was ND and waste of time.

Also, one thing I do is when I walk by someone who's personality and archetype I've analyzed super deeply, I start laughing deeply for some reason idk maybe an egostical sense of superiority
