never see anyone talk about it here, I'm gonna have to start doing rotator cuff exercises cause I feel like a pussy not being able to dumbell press without my shoulder joint burning

I'm gonna start incorporating rotator cuff shit and see if it gets better

didn't go for a week, returned today and raped myself doing dumbell press

i like the barbell shoulder press more than dumbells it feels less pressure on my shoulders i think
