Was it thc and cbd? Many weed stores only sell cbd which is the calming compound in weed. Would explain why you didnt het high. I barely smoke these days but i used to get really high smoking both green and brown years ago

Some people don't get high their first few times smoking, so it's either that or you got some trash. Also 30 dollars for a blunt is a scam, it should be way cheaper than that.
