that's not too deep into science though, deep research is carried out by some formal education (it can also be auto didactic) and delving into lots of studies , biology is very complicated. Luckily there is pubmed with tons of peer reviewed studies and stuff.

But yeah everyone can look up xanax and learn the name tranquilizer/benzo, how it impacts the organism and researching tons of blind studies is another thing...
