I don’t wear lifts, sometimes I do wear Nike shoes which add like 4cm to me height and still sometimes I get height mogged (not brutal but noticeably taller)

How many inches/cms should I fraud to avoid getting height mogged but not looking tryhard?

Last I saw average Dutch 18 year old was about 184cm.

I am 180-183 sum like that and feels short majority of times but I couldn't care less tbh because if you aren't 194 you will always regardlessly feel short, it has to happen basically
