No, whenever results like this are posted not by the patient (people like to be polite), there are usually some people who say it's a disappointment. In general, more "sophisticated" people will like the before, and more "trendy" people will like the after.

It's the terminally online types that like these ugly ski slope noses--that includes both women who are social media addicts as well as the sub-90 IQ guys who spend all day staring at porn and social media feeds and have no real minds of their own (plenty of them here).
