I have a very rocky relationship with my parents but I love my Dad so much.
My motivation to succeed is so that he can see my success and reap the rewards of it before he passes.
Just let your fear of such a thing happening fuel you to get to where you and your parents want you to be in life... because God forbid they pass before that.

Yes, I only have my brothers apart from them and they live their own lives. My dad’s my best friend srs, we have lots in common and go to cinema together and shit. We’re gonna watch a new war movie soon. Doesn’t help my parents had me late. My dad is pushing 70

Anyone who has has loving parents will feel an emotional breakdown if this happens.

When my Grandmother passed I away it was such an surreal experience. She basically raised me, and was the closest thing to a person who would actually *unconditionally care for me.
