I'd say that this is a moderate correlation, but a lot of the retards I know prioritise getting their drivers license ASAP.

For context, i live in sydney, so my theory for this is that the dumb niggas know that they aren't made for uni (where the typical form of transformation is by train) in the CBD, so they get their license early in preparation for driving to their future construction job. Or they love depreciating assets
