Technically yes, but there's no real good candidate for LL.

Get LL if you are below 6', not getting bitches, have the money and time to spare

Well you risk being crippled....

Going from average to tall is nice, but it doesn't give nearly as much of an SMV boost as from short to average based off my experience atleast. I just don't think it's worth the risks, you can easily fraud to 6'0.
