Most only grow around 2 inches but if you hit puberty late you can grow 4+ inches. Also depends on if he just turned 15 or if hes nearly 16, that makes a big difference

I grew up 15cm From 15.3 to 16 years old, I am currently 17 years old with 173cm, I did not grow even 1cm from 16 to 17 and I had no signs Of precocious puberty I grew a mustache at 15, facial hair in my armpits at 16.I had a poor diet at 15 when I started the calorie deficit with 500 calories a day or even sometimes I fasted all day.leave the caloric deficit at 16.9I was probably in deficit from about 15 until almost 17.

Statistically speaking, even in the west like 10-15% of men are 5'6 or under.

most people here are dravidians so most of them are 5'5-5'9.
