i have the same pattern as you , thinning area is a bit larger in my case

did you abuse of hair dryer / iron or styling products ?

I dont think Im actually thinning. My hair is the same thickness all over my head and the lighting is absolutely brutal (top down)

Also diffuse thinning before patternbaldness is unheard of in my family because on my moms side there is 0 hairloss and my dad has the M hairline.
