I have the same issue, brother. I wish I knew how normies cope with it, but no matter how hard I try I can get past that mental blockade. I might fucking try mushrooms for the claims that it can help with neurogenesis and PTSD at low to moderate doses.

BDD doesn't exist, it's just a cope mechanism normies invented to deal with the blackpill, then you have those guys who supposedly have BDD because they keep getting surgery after surgery to fix some feature...

It's not BDD, the reason why they keep getting surgery is:

1- They aren't blackpilled enough to know what features are beautiful and attractive
2- They aren't nt and think fixing their already lost face will save them, when in reality they should just ntmax and live life (you can still get a looksmax partner if you're ugly, there won't be any attraction though and you'll get cucked if your partner has the opportunity to)

Yeah I'm too ugly as fuck and I dont th k there is a way to fix it.
