Ok, Short story, Pushing 21 & been a KHHV my entire life. Girls used to beg to not sit next to me. Fair, was fat, asked a girl out and she called me ugly. Got into the gym, lost weight but face still kinda fat and ugly. When is time to pay for losing my status or should i keep coping by hitting the gym??

Should I actually Hop on Aqualyx, Kinda scared but I know my cheeks are fried cause I have a lot of buccal fat. Sub 150 lb at 6' too, or should I keep hitting the treadmill or just LDAR?

Isn't that worse due to sightloss and fucking up your face. I get that higher risks = higher rewards. but is UC really that much more effective?
