it honestly depends what you want to go for that aligns with your age and what most other people have your age aswell so you kind of fit in. i would personally recommend something like this textured fringe, and even growing on the side fringe even more than the photos. the main thing you should be going for is volume. a good haircut like this will help immensely with perceived symmetry

Use bimatoprost for lashes, minox (oral & topical) for eyelashes and eyebrow growth. After that dye them dark brown cause black would look to uncanny.
Lip filler/ lenghtening (don’t remember the name of the procedure) cause your mouth to nose ratio is fucked.
Mt2/mt1 would do wonders on you as well imo.
And finally Reta to get lean and aqualyx on face & hyoid.
