I have been single for 11 years I am used to it now
it takes a few years for hair to completely die, after a few years of the hair being miniaturized it scars over (perifollicular fibrosis), when it scars over its lost and wont comeback and at that point you need a hairtransplant, if you take long release oral minoxidil + Dut (higher dose for you since youre on anabolics) then you could recover some hair, if needed you could also use topical anti androgens on your scalp too if the dutasteride isnt enough.
I have been using nizoral shampoo but I don’t think it’s going to help much mainly just for fungal but that is new info to me bro I appreciate that for taking the time to post it will help me a lot

Dude just get on a 5ar inhibitor asap, there is really no downside especially if u are on test! With a 5ar inhibitor u can use less test and it shifts the balanace from androgenic to more anabolic(so potentially more gains too) while saving ur hair/prostate/skin! I would advise to get on 2.5mg dutasteride since u are on test, but 0.5mg is good enough! Btw if u experience side effects, it's most likely bcs of high e2
