Am I ugly to pull htb+?

I work as a bartender, so I have alot of conversations with girls at my job, probably 100+ per night, I can see sub5 girls all the way to lmtb - mmtb clearly showing interest in me and flirting, but anything higher than that its just completely different

Is it because im just not too good looking for the higher tier of girls or do they expect the opposing site to start to hit on them? I genuinely have no answer to this

if they really like you it would be obvious, so i think you're just not good looking enough for them

i think that very good looking girl are always approched by guys and they are too proud to flirting directly with you .
so you have to flirt with her , if she looks exausted you have to stop but she is receptive enjoy.
FOIDS are evil with bad looking guy, if theyre not with you that can be a sign.

Probably like they are just playing with you,htbs i think only likes htn+ or lcl and if you are really that good looking they might just expecting you to hit first
