Judging by your title you're aware you're LTN I would try to be bloating but you look lean enough it just might be your natural fat distribution being biased to your face you also have a rounded more feminine jaw only surgery/implants can fix that I would say just try to be bloat and if not just live your LTN life assuming you're tall.
