5"11, 67 kgs, don't have trouble gaining weight and have pretty good frame, just gotta bulk up a bit more.

HTN definitely possible brother, but I can't clearly see your proportions because the angle is from below, it has to be a frontal angle, centered, and without lens distortion

MTN, completely average. You could get to high MTN or even HTN with better skin, tan, gymaxx (lean muscular), nose filler, lip filler, darker eyebrows/hair.
